At Tech Nest, we're confident in the quality of our courses and want you to feel confident in your enrollment. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for our educational services.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your course enrollment if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have completed less than 20% of the total course content
  • You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of enrollment
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms & Conditions)

Course Completion: Completion is measured by the percentage of video content watched, lessons marked complete, and assignments submitted. Our system automatically tracks your progress.

2.2 Courses Covered

This refund policy applies to:

  • AI Foundations Bootcamp ($299)
  • Individual course purchases
  • Course bundles (refund applies to the entire bundle, not individual courses within it)

2.3 Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after enrollment
  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
  • Certificates already issued (digital credentials)
  • Purchases made through third-party partners or gift redemptions
  • Corporate or group enrollments (subject to separate agreements)
  • Promotional or discounted courses marked as "non-refundable" at purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your full name
    • Email address used for enrollment
    • Course name
    • Enrollment date
    • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

3.2 Verification Process

When you submit a refund request, we will:

  • Verify the enrollment date and request timeline
  • Check your course completion percentage
  • Confirm no certificate has been issued
  • Review account status for any policy violations

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Approval and Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • You will receive email confirmation of approval
  • Your course access will be revoked upon processing
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing may add 2-5 additional business days

4.2 Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund appears on your card statement
  • PayPal: Refund credited to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refund sent to the original bank account

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account than was originally used.

4.3 Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (USD). Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank during the original purchase are not refundable. Transaction processing fees charged by payment processors are also not refundable.

5.1 Technical Issues

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you have a medical emergency or significant personal situation preventing you from completing your course, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

5.3 Course Updates or Changes

If we make significant changes to a course after your enrollment (such as removing major content sections), you may be eligible for a refund regardless of completion percentage. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

6. What We Do Not Guarantee

To maintain realistic expectations and comply with advertising standards, we want to be clear about what our courses do not guarantee:

  • We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes
  • We do not guarantee specific salary increases or financial returns
  • We do not guarantee you will pass certification exams from third-party organizations
  • Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and application of skills

Our courses provide education and skill development, but success depends on your commitment and how you apply what you learn.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund of the course price. If you are not eligible (for example, if you've exceeded the 20% completion threshold), no refund will be issued.

8. Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you disagree with the decision:

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Collection of owed amounts
